2. Data processed in the app
When you create and use an F•JACK account, we process the data needed to provide the game:
- Name and email address
- Account identifier
- Selected character
- Virtual chip balance and wallet history
- XP, missions, game statistics, leaderboard rank, and gameplay progress
- Technical request data required to securely operate the service
3. Purposes and legal bases
Account and gameplay data is processed to create and authenticate your account, save progress, operate the virtual wallet, provide missions and leaderboards, display community multiplayer progress, prevent abuse, and support the app.
Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on performance of the service you request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interests in keeping F•JACK secure and functional under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Public leaderboard data
Your display name, selected character, current virtual chip balance, and leaderboard rank are visible to other signed-in F•JACK players. Your email address and internal account identifier are not shown publicly.
5. Website and server logs
When you visit this website or use the app, hosting providers may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, requested resource, device or browser information, and error or security events. This data is used to deliver the service, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking.
6. Service providers
Appwrite Cloud
F•JACK uses Appwrite Cloud for authentication, database storage, and server functions. App data is hosted in Appwrite's Frankfurt region.
Cloudflare Pages
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request and security data to provide and protect the website.
These providers process data on our behalf or as otherwise described in their own privacy information. Depending on provider infrastructure, technical data may be processed outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to provide F•JACK. You can permanently delete your account from Characters → Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This removes the account, wallet, ledger, and game progress from the active service.
Limited technical or security records may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to protect the service, resolve incidents, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.
9. Children
F•JACK is not intended for children below the minimum age required to create an online account in their country without parental authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it.
10. Virtual chips
Chips are virtual game currency only. They cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. F•JACK does not offer real-money gambling or prizes.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
